We bring that same nostalgic taste to you, now in a new recipe direct from the Mac's Seafood Kitchens - so good, they were featured in the New York Times.

Our premium house-made stuffed quahogs are filled with local chopped clams, sautéed vegetables cooked in a splash of sherry and white wine, fresh herbs, panko and Portuguese linguica.

Two (2) stuffed quahog per order. Product arrives frozen.

Keeping It Fresh

Product Arrives Frozen

Store immediately in the freezer. Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw before cooking.

Preparation

Stuffed Quahogs Heating Instructions

Oven:
Pre-heat oven to 375°F
Place Quahogs in a single layer on a baking sheet or metal pan

Frozen: Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown
Thawed: Bake for 15-20 minutes until the top is golden and crispy

Grill:
Pre-heat grill to medium-high

Wrap quahog in a foil pouch and place on the grill with the lid closed. Unwrap for last 5 minutes for a golden, crispy top
Frozen: Grill for 20 minutes
Thawed: Grill for 10 minutes

Serve with butter, lemon and/or hot sauce

Do not overcook. Cooking times may vary from oven to oven
