Our locally caught bluefish and Atlantic salmon fillets are hot-smoked and savory - burnished on the outside but sweet and moist inside. We add that same smoked fish to our spreadable, light pâtés. Both come ready to open and eat with the crackers included in the kit.

There is plenty of smoked goodness in our sampler to serve to a crowd at your holiday gathering or ship as generous gift to your smoked seafood lover.

Our smoked fish is fully cooked and ready to serve once thawed. Delicious on bagels, bread, crackers, avocado toast or on a charcuterie board. A great addition to eggs, pasta and salads.
