Savor Mac's house smoked bluefish and salmon pâtés (his grandfather's recipe!) with some crackers, loaded clam chowder (thick with clams, not flour - so it's gluten free), bacon wrapped scallops (everyone's favorite) and Mac's very own stuffed quahogs (so good, they were featured in the New York Times.)

Besides being amazingly delicious, it's easy. Just open, heat and serve.

Preparation

Bacon wrapped scallops are the first appetizers to disappear from the table. Ours are prepped and ready to pop in the oven as soon as they are thawed. Bake at 425°F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Our clam chowder comes ready-made. Just heat and serve.

Microwave: Remove plastic seal, heat soup between 3-5 minutes, or until hot, stirring once during heating. USE CAUTION WHEN HANDLING HOT LIQUIDS

Stovetop: Empty soup into saucepan, heat gently to 165°F.

Heating Instructions

*Product is pre-cooked

Oven:
Pre-heat oven to 400°F
Place Quahogs on cookie sheet or metal pan
Place in oven for 12-15 minutes

Microwave:
Cook on High heat for 2-4 minutes
Serve with butter, lemon and/or hot sauce

Do not overcook. Cooking times may vary from oven to oven.
