Keeping It Fresh

Product Arrives Fresh

Cooked lobster meat can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months. For best results, wrap the lobster meat tightly in plastic wrap, then place in an airtight container or freezer bag, and remove as much air as possible before refrigerating or freezing.

Preparation

Our fresh lobster meat arrived fully cooked and ready to eat.

Sauté with butter and toast the buns for hot lobster rolls or add a pinch of mayo, celery and lemon for chilled lobster rolls.

We get this product to you using Overnight Shipping.
