Tips
Thawing correctly maintains the freshness of the bay scallops. Here are 3 proven methods:

Slow Refrigerate for 2 days until completely thawed
Medium Leave out in the counter until just thawed, then immediately refrigerate until use
Fast Run under COLD water until thawed

Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw before cooking. Thawed bay scallops can be stored in the fridge for 1-2 days but ideally should be consumed within 24 hours.
