Our all natural, sustainably-sourced Chilean mussels are de-bearded, sand-free, and simple to use. The vacuum pack process retains the natural juices and flavor and provides 100% yield with no gapers or unusable mussels to discard.

Preparation

No need to thaw these flash-frozen mussels before cooking. Steam, sauté or simmer for 3-5 minutes until heated through. Perfect in pasta, soups, stews or tossed in garlic butter.
