Our fresh Atlantic salmon is satisfyingly rich and clean-tasting. The pristine conditions of the deep-water fjords of the North Atlantic, with cool, steady temperatures and strong currents, guarantee a consistently superior fish that your family will love. Seared-crisp, the skin is delicious too. We deliver it skin-on, cut into a fillet.

Preparation

Salmon is a delicious and healthy not matter how you prepare it. With a fish this versatile, you have lots of cooking options.

Start by seasoning or marinating the salmon. Grill it skin side down on a well-oiled grate over medium high heat for 6-8 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 2-4 minutes. You could also wrap it in a foil pack and grill for 14-18 minutes.

Baked is great too. Place skin side down in a 400°F oven for 10-15 minutes (or 350°F for 25 minutes - the fish will be moist and tender).

To get a perfect sear, pat the salmon fillets dry and season. Place skin side up in a hot, oiled pan. Cook undisturbed for about 5 minutes or until a crispy golden crust forms. Flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes.

The internal temperature should be 125-130°F for medium-rare and 145°F for well-done.
