We flash freeze our lobster meat in an airtight pouch as soon as it’s steamed and shucked. That means you get ultra fresh lobster meat whenever you’re ready to use it.

There's enough meat to make 8 lobster rolls or lobster tostadas. Add it to pasta for a quick and delectable dinner.

Cooked lobster meat can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months. For best results, wrap the lobster meat tightly in plastic wrap, then place in an airtight container or freezer bag, and remove as much air as possible before refrigerating or freezing.

Tips
Thawing correctly maintains the freshness of the lobster meat. Here are 3 proven methods:

Slow Refrigerate for 2 days until completely thawed
Medium Leave out in the counter until just thawed, then immediately refrigerate until use
Fast Run under COLD water until thawed

Keep frozen until ready to use. Refrigerated thawed meat. Serves 8 – makes 8 lobster rolls.
