We selected these sustainably-harvested, wild jumbo shrimp for their clean, sweet flavor. Because fresh shrimp are so delicate, we deliver ours frozen, tail-on, in 2 lb. bags.

These U/15 jumbos come raw, peeled and deveined, so they're ready to cook when gently thawed.

Keeping It Fresh

Product Arrives Frozen

Store immediately in the freezer. Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw before cooking.

Preparation

Thawing correctly maintains the delicate meat of our wild jumbo shrimp. Here are 3 proven methods:

Slow Refrigerate for 2 days until completely thawed
Medium Leave out in the counter until just thawed, then immediately refrigerate until use
Fast Run under COLD water until thawed

Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw before cooking. Thawed shrimp can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours but ideally should be immediately prepared and consumed.

All retail orders placed online are shipped overnight to your home or place of business. Orders must be placed by 2:30 PM EST for next day delivery via Federal Express. We deliver next day on Tuesday through Saturday, excluding major holidays and certain zip codes deemed "rural" by FedEx.
