These are some really big shrimp. Impressively meaty yet tender and tasty. Perfect for grilling, skewers, shrimp cocktail and surf & turf. We deliver ours frozen, tail-on, in 2 lb. bags.

These 8/12 super colossal wild shrimp are raw, peeled and deveined with the tail on. They're ready to cook when gently thawed.

Product Arrives Frozen

Store immediately in the freezer. Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw before cooking.

Preparation

Thawing correctly maintains the delicate meat of our wild jumbo shrimp. Here are 3 proven methods:

Slow Refrigerate for 2 days until completely thawed
Medium Leave out in the counter until just thawed, then immediately refrigerate until use
Fast Run under COLD water until thawed

Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw before cooking. Thawed shrimp can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours but ideally should be immediately prepared and consumed.
