To eat a one and 1/4 pound lobster, you will need nutcrackers (or pliers), a small fork, nut pick, lobster bib and plenty of towels.Check out our handy eating instructions for helpful hints on cracking the shells. To start, remove the claws with a twist and crack open the shells. Grab the tail with your hand and bend the tail until it breaks free. Crack the tail at the small end and use the small fork to push the meet out the large end.

Overall both products were good fresh quality. However, the lobsters this time were packed direct against the Styrofoam container and shredded pieces of foam were stuck in and all over the lobsters.

The lobsters were perfect! My old canning pot had a small leak and at 7:000pm i prayed enough water stayed in to give the lobsters there 15 min.....it worked! Now I will have to get a new pot for the next dinner.

All 7 were fantastic! Never tasted them better and the chowder was creamy and delicious. They arrived when I hoped and I would buy them again if the children come for Christmas. We all lived in Boston for some time so that became a tradition for us at Christmas.

The seafood comes fresh and is always fantastic. We ordered 1 lb lobsters, mussels and little neck clams. This time we had the dinner on a Saturday and the extra Saturday delivery charge was well worth it. We will order again the next time we have a clam bake!
