Gently hot-smoked, the way our grandfather taught us, the salmon takes on a lightly caramelized exterior as it slowly cures, yet it’s still rich and moist inside, with a luxurious, meaty flake. Just a hint of our sweet herbal marinade comes through. A labor of love, made with sustainably-farmed Atlantic salmon.

Keeping It Fresh

Product Arrives Frozen

Once received (or thawed if shipped frozen), this product can remain in the fridge for 3-4 days.

Preparation

Our smoked fish is fully cooked and ready to serve once thawed. Delicious on bagels, bread, crackers, avocado toast or on a charcuterie board. A great addition to eggs, pasta and salads.

We get this product to you using Overnight Shipping.

All retail orders placed online are shipped overnight to your home or place of business. Orders must be placed by 2:30 PM EST for next day delivery via Federal Express. We deliver next day on Tuesday through Saturday, excluding major holidays and certain zip codes deemed "rural" by FedEx. Please note: Saturday deliveries are not available in all areas across the United States.
