Haddock is a mild, delicate white fish - more flavorful than cod - yet firm, flaky and sweet. Perfect for fish & chips, chowders, or baked with breadcrumbs. The thinner fillets cook in a flash. High protein, low-fat, loaded with nutrients such as selenium, phosphorus, and vitamin B12, haddock is an ideal, sustainable seafood choice. Our haddock is wild-caught in the Atlantic and delivered fresh, skin-on.

One (1) pound of haddock fillets per order.

*Due to the nature of the filleting process, weights may vary slightly from the listed amount.

Keeping It Fresh

Product Arrives Fresh

Stays fresh up to 24 hours in the fridge but should be cooked and consumed as soon as possible.

Preparation

Haddock is ideal for traditional fish & chips and also delicious in fish chowder, fish cakes, as a smoked spread or baked with breadcrumbs.

A classic preparation is frying. Dredge in beer batter and deep fry in 350-360°F oil for 3-4 minutes, or dip in an egg wash and panko and pan-fry with oil for 3-4 minutes per side.

Baking is another great option. Rinse and pat dry. Add your seasonings of choices. Bake haddock fillets in a greased baking dish for 350-400°F for 12-15 minutes or until fish is opaque.
