Yes—as long as the order has not shipped. Please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

We strongly recommend it. Shipments do not require a signature and may be left unattended. Once delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Live lobsters are packed in insulated boxes with paper soaked in saltwater to maintain freshness and frozen gel packs to maintain proper temperature and humidity during transit.

Will my lobsters look sluggish when they arrive?
Yes. Lobsters may appear lethargic after shipping. This is normal. A healthy lobster will move when cooked and curl its tail.

What if my frozen items arrive partially thawed?
This can happen when frozen and fresh items ship together. If the product is cool to the touch and below 40°F internally, it is safe to use or refreeze per FDA guidance.

You must contact us on the day of delivery. Please include your order number and photos when applicable. Claims made after the delivery date may not be honored.

Travel Coverage is an optional $11 flat fee that protects your order from carrier-related delays (weather, mechanical issues, misrouting, or damage). Without Travel Coverage, refunds or reshipments for shipping delays are not available.

Refund eligibility depends on whether Travel Coverage was purchased and the condition of the product. Refunds are evaluated case by case. Reshipments are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Address changes are not possible after shipment, and incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds or reshipments.
