Thawing correctly maintains the freshness of the lobster meat. Here are 3 proven methods:
SLOW Refrigerate for 2 days until completely thawed
MEDIUM Leave out in the counter until just thawed, then immediately refrigerate until use
FAST Run under COLD water until thawed
Thawed lobster meat is good for about 2 days in the fridge - if you can wait that long to eat it!
