Wild Caught off the Pacific coast, mahi mahi is a mild, sweet-tasting fish. Its white, firm texture works in virtually any recipe, since the fillet will not break apart during cooking. Individually vacuumed packed in 6 oz. pieces for freshness. Product is delivered frozen.

Keeping It Fresh

Product Arrives Frozen

Store immediately in the freezer. Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw before cooking.

Preparation

Rinse and pat the fillet dry. Season with salt and pepper, then add to a baking dish with olive oil or butter and lemon (or whatever combo you choose) and bake 8-10 minutes at 400°F.

You can also pan sear mahi mahi fillets. Cook in a hot pan with butter or olive oil and garlic for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
