Lobster Chowder
Ingredients: Lobster Stock (strained after cooking)[water, lobster bodies, tomato puree (tomato concentrate [water, tomato paste], citric acid), onions, carrots, celery, garlic, spices], light cream (milk, cream), lobster meat, potatoes (sodium acid pyrophosphate [to maintain natural color]), heavy cream, onions, carrots, tomato puree (tomato concentrate [water, tomato paste], citric acid), food starch-modified, sherry wine (contains sulfites), Madeira wine (contains sulfites), natural lobster flavor (salt, corn oil), shrimp base (cooked shrimp, salt, sugar, yeast extract, ethyl alcohol, natural flavors, potato flour, onion powder, dried shrimp, spices, garlic powder), garlic, sea salt, sugar, lobster base (cooked lobster meat, salt, sugar, yeast extract, potato flour, onion powder, partially hydrogenated cottonseed and soybean oils), basil, red pepper sauce (vinegar, red pepper, salt).

Lobster Corn Chowder
Ingredients: Lobster broth, sweet corn, light cream, potatoes, lobster meat, onions, starch, carrots, tomato puree, chicken broth, celery, imported sherry, natural bacon, garlic, sea salt, fresh basil, spices and Worcestershire (water, vinegar, molasses, high fructose corn syrup, anchovies, hydrolyzed corn and soy protein, onions, tamarinds, salt, garlic, cloves, chili peppers, natural flavoring, eschalots).

Corn Chowder
Ingredients: Light cream (milk, cream), water, sweet corn (corn, water, sugar, salt), potatoes, (sodium acid pyrophosphate [to maintain natural color], onions, carrots, celery, food starch-modified, natural bacon (pork, sea salt, raw sugar, spices), worcestershire sauce (vinegar, water, molasses, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, salt, sugar, anchovies, onion, garlic, citrus juices, tamarinds, citrus oils and spices), chicken broth flavor (chicken broth, salt, yeast extract, rendered chicken fat), garlic, black pepper.

FISH CAKES
Ingredients: cod, potatoes, eggs, onions, soy oil, parsley, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, iron, niacin, thiamin, riboflavin and folic acid, water, canola oil, and/or cottonseed oil, dextrose, yeast, salt, calcium propionate, diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono and diglycerides, dough conditioners), spices.

LOBSTER RANGOON
Ingredients: enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, potassium bromate, thiamin and riboflavin), cream cheese (cultured milk, cream, salt and stabilizers of xanthan and/or carob and/or guar gums), lobster meat, water, sugar, minced onions, diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono and diglycerides, dough conditions (calcium sulfate, asorbic acid, l-cysteine, and azodicarbonamide), egg whites, corn starch, refined canola oil (tbhq and citric acid added), and less than .1 of 1% sodium benzoate added as a preservative. Contains: shellfish (lobster), egg, and wheat.

Lobster Ravioli
Ingredients: Duram semolina flour (wheat flour, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin and folic acid), ricotta cheese (whey, milk, cream, salt, acetic acid, guargum), lobster meat, water, sugar, minced onions, dough conditions (calcium sulfate, asorbic acid l-cysteine), egg whites, corn starch, refined canola oil (citric acid added). No preservatives. Contains: wheat, milk, shellfish (lobster) and egg.

Heating Instructions: remove frozen ravioli from bag, place in four quarts of boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes. Transfer the lobster sauce into a microwave safe dish, heat for 30 seconds and drizzle over ravioli.

GARLIC CRUMB TOPPING
Ingredients: bread crumbs (flour, shortening, salt, sugar, water), butter, white wine, onions, salt, garlic, white pepper.

GARLIC BUTTER SAUCE
Ingredients: Butter, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, dry vermouth, fresh garlic cloves, parsley flakes, black pepper, crushed red pepper, and ground oregano.

Oil and Garlic Sauce
Ingredients: water, canola oil, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, clam base [cooked clams, salt, sugar, clam flavor (contains clam broth, salt, and natural flavor), water, potato flour, autolyzed yeast extract, onion powder, maltodextrin, garlic powder, spices and soy sauce (fermented soy beans, wheat and salt)], dehydrated clam broth (maltodextrin), granulated garlic, chicken broth flavor (contains chicken broth, salt, yeast extract, chicken fat), sea salt, basil, oregano, black pepper, crushed red pepper, parsley.

Seafood Zuppa Sauce

Lobster tail filling (sold with pastry)
Ingredients: Mascarpone cheese, ricotta cheese, confection sugar, vanilla extract, whole milk.

Instructions: To thaw, place in refrigerator overnight. Take out of refrigerator, and leave at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours. Pre-heat oven and bake at 330-340 degrees. Bake 30 minutes for mini tails, 45 for large tails (or until golden brown on top and dark brown on bottom). Fill tails with our tail filling and dust lightly with powdered sugar if desired.
